Hotels - Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel, London

DHA Designs worked with architects SOM and interior designers Aukett Fitzroy Robinson, on the lighting of the public spaces for the new Radisson Hotel, part of the New Providence Wharf development by property developers Ballymore Properties Ltd. The seven-storey hotel is joined at ground level to the adjacent Ontario Tower via a double height link lobby, which was also lit by DHA Designs.

The scope of works included the meeting rooms, bar, restaurant and spa, but the space is dominated by the stunning atrium. A blue cold cathode detail was introduced to link the interior and exterior spaces, with suspended ‘balls’ of light softening the space and filling the volume.
